Well as a matter of fact.....

Being that their judgment is tanted by the fear of lawsuits, and the 
profit motive of selling certifications IMO they have taken a far to 
conservative stance.  Their programs have to be geared to the lowest 
common denominator aka, the stupidest person that is likely to sign up for 
a course.  And if an even studpier or less physically capable person comes 
along they will simply lower their standards yet again in order the empty the 
students wallet.
