Is 100% O2 really a safe decompression gas? Oxygen is a vasoconstrictor and it would make sense (or seem to) that this would cause it to diminish the effect of off-gassing N2. Is the time saved during decompression worth the potential hazards involved? It appears that other EAN mixtures are adequate while requiring a stop that is not significantly longer than one in which 80-100% O2 was used. Of course real and ideal are very different, so input based on practical expericance would be very helpful. I'm not being a 'deco weenie' or trying to purport that O2 is not safe, I just have lots of questions - Allen
