Subject: Viking recall

     The December "Sea Technology" magazine reports that all Viking Sport 
     dry suits purchased in N. America between 1/82 and 3/88 have been 
     recalled because of a hazardous problem with the inflator hose/ suit 
     valve interface.  All assemblies will reportedly be replaced at no 
     cost.
     
     The article did not indicate a problem with any viking suits except 
     the Sport model.
