Interesting discussion... Tell me - do any of you out there use the AGA masks? And if so, how do you make a contingency plan for a busted mask? Since the AGA is positively pressured, I figured that any break in the glass/seal would just cause me to go into a freeflow. This thought crossed my mind last August when I was deep in the bowells of the Kasi Maru, a Japanese transport ship sitting on the bottom of Bairoko Bay in the Solomon Islands, surrounded by tons of still live artillery shells. At that time, I just figured that I would rip the mask off my cameraman, Bob Keet and save myself, since I am, after all, the Producer/Director... Just curious how you dudes do it... Kevin HeyyDude.
