If anyone thought the TDI announcement was inappropriate for
this list, I apologize.  I suggested to John that it might be
of interest here, and I did the actual posting.

Personally, I hope to continue seeing announcements such as this,
the rebreather forum that was publicized here recently, and any
other new products or services that might be useful to me.  I
agree that there is a big difference between "news" and advertising
hype; I felt that the TDI announcement fell into the former
category, so I posted it verbatim rather than trying to paraphrase.

Again, I apologize to any members of this list who fdeel that was
inappropriate, and to John for whatever complaints he's received
that should have been aimed at me.
