Subject: Wet or Dry in Florida?

I am going to N. Florida at the end of December, can anyone tell me the
water temperature of the caves over there. Is good wet suit enough? Or a is
a dry really needed? How about the weather?
Can anyone tell me the road from Gainesville Airport to Spring System Dive
Oupost?
