Yes, it proved nothing except how macho someone is. Lets face it, you can
push the envelope of safety if its the only way something can be done and
every possible means has been considered. But to climb a Everest w/o O2
just to show it can be done is pretty stupid. The same holds true in
pushing the limits of air diving, why do it when there are safer means to
achieving these depths except to prove how macho you are.
