The Arcair backpak is intended to be used by commercial divers; such people
MUST use helmet or bandmask (with umbilical) and have the back free to carry
the pak. There is an integrated BC vest to compensate the weight. The
working principle is the same of the "thermal lance" (used worldwide to
robber banks) that use pure O2 to burn a hallow carbon steel electrode and
to melt the metal. Is different from the gas torch that you could use only
in very shallow water. Logically you need a dedicated training if you want
to do a good (and safe) job. Cost is high, because is a special purpose
