I live just south of Philly right on the Jersey border.  Does anyone out
there know of a dive shop or club that does year round Deleware river diving
reasonably close (within a sixty mile radius) from where I live?  Even
anybody that has nothing better to do than hop in the Deleware in the middle
of winter, and maybe looking for a partner.
