Probably the most durable suit is crushed neoprene but I wouldn't use durability as the only measure of a drysuit's worth. You need to look at what you are using it for and what other features are desirable. i.e. ease of repair, ease of donning/removal, weight, inherent insulationand buoyancy, color ;), how fast it dries, do you want pockets,knee pads etc. Good luck picking a suit.
