However, it seems to be lacking in anything that one would consider strenouous. I doubt that that your program would raise my hearbeat one tick. I for one beleive in a strenous program, and here are two examples of my workout program that you may want to use for improving your physical shape. (these are methods I have been using for years) 1) Extended elbow curl. (place a three pound mug of beer in your hand, bend towards lips and take a drink. Do 500 reps, refilling mug as needed) 2)Belly Twist, the gut buster. (place two stools, waist high on either side of you while standing. Place a banana split on each stool.
