Bill,

I don't know the absolute limit, but i can tell you that i used my
NikV quite often in mountain lakes in Switzerland at temperatures
below 39 f and had no problem.
The only problem i had once was ,when i surfaced and the air-temp dropped
below 14 f ,i left the NikV on a stone at the shore to get out of the water
and the camera froze to that stone and it was impossible to remove it
without fearing a damage.Hot water from the car-radiator solved this problem.

regards
Didi
