I ran into Mr. Deep Air at a seminar recently and listened while he explained his <rebreather courses>. Smooth patter. Reminded me of the wide boys I saw as a kid, shuffling cards on street corners London's East End...Anyway, good that you brought it up because the only way to stop it is to educate people about what's wrong with running a course which seems to be focussed on turning out record seekers...and we all know were that leads.
