Paul, Much of our IANTD's decision was based on a tape , it also was not immediate as once Gerrag challenged it we did ivestigate completely as we wanted to be sure that it was not personality or competition driven. The net is no place to reveal all we learned but we did gather enough info to make an obvious decision. Todate in both IANTD and NACD I have yet to have a attitude decision by an instructor that did not prove to be true even when evaluated by another instructor who did not know of the orginal decision. We think we are fair and open minded, we try to be but we do want to maintain a quality agency. Because the net is not the place IANTD will reframe from future conversations on this matter Tom mount You wrote: > >The only way to clear up who said what is to tape all your conversations. >That way you can prove your side of the story.
