The above description is me. I'm new to diving, and probably the greenest subscriber to this list (started in November '93, 25 dives to date). However, I know that diving is something I will be doing for a long time (barring something unfortunate), and the kind of diving that is covered here is something I find *very* interesting. Yes, it'll be a while (years) before I will have the experience and $$$ to take it up as seriously as I'd like. In the mean time, this list is a great source of ideas and info on the questions and concerns of this rather unique sport. Also, I'm simply an information pig, and fascinated with all the nifty technical concerns (I'm studying chemical engineering, so there ya go). This list is a great way to get familiar with those questions as well. On the whole, not much to contribute, just listening for now. Sorry if this is wasted bandwidth, but I thought it rude to eavesdrop. So, hi! Jason Turner jturner@un*.ub*.ca* Please give generously to help the .sig challenged
