Hi Frederic and welcome to Techdiver!

I am also a cave diver, but I haven't tried France yet. The little I know of 
French cave diving is what I've read in Martyn Farr's book, "The Darkness 
Beckons".

In response to your question about drysuit heaters, there is a company here in 
the U.S. called Repetitive Diver which has something called "The Heater", 
which is a microprocessor controlled system designed to work w/ wetsuits, but 
can be adapted for use w/ a drysuit w/ only minor modification to the suit.
