Reply to: RE>Heater info? While reading through my issue of AquaCorps, I came across an ad for a suit heater. It claims: "... designed to work with any wetsuit. It is also adaptable for use with drysuits, requiring only minor modification to the suit." I can't speak for or against this product, but considering that there's been several queries about these things, thought I'd provide the information. The company information is: Repetitive Diver, Inc. P.O. Box 35186 Kansas City, Missouri 64134 Phone or fax 816-587-0917 Apparently they will also be showing at Tek '94. Thanks, and enjoy the list. Why not? Let's try. First at all, I apologize for my poor English but I am French. Yes you are reading correctly from France, the country where the Caves are dark ,narrow with no visibility and cold... My main interest is Cave explorations, we still have some explorations to do in France even if it's deep or requires a long penetration. We use trimix and nitrox but on a different approach. These tools are used just for exploration, due to logistical difficulties (cost and gas mix done by the diver) and risks, 'cave tourism' is done with air (O2 on deco). More over we do not promote at all Cave diving as a fashionable sport but we try to keep people's mentalities close as possible from the exploration objectives and cave understanding. I am looking for some special equipment that we could not get in France. Is there any body who can give me a contact with a manufacturer of` a heater system for dry suit ? Fax of Phone number will be OK. Does any body have any technical feed back on this kind of device, efficiency, reliability, user friendless, etc. Thanks.
