     Speaking about lights, Filling the light with a neutral liquid as
mentionned in an earlier post is a very good idea, but using what liquid ?
About the problems regarding swiches and cables; The activation swich could
be a magnetic ILS with a relay inside the housing, activated with a magnet
placed on the wall outside the light, no hole.
Recharging the light could be done without contact by induction with a
circuit inside the housing, your light charger works that way, there is no
connection between the 110 and the charger circuit. If the bulb and reflector
are inside the housing too you have a complete closed light with no
connectors and rechargeable! And what about casting the light in a
translucide resin ?   Disposable cheap light if a durable bulb can be found.
Moreover pressure resistant down to.......Extremely deep.
