Subject: Neutraleak lights

If Neutraleak (or whatever their proper trade name is) lights are so bad, why
doesn't someone stop cluttering the email with flamage and instead go and sue
or prosecute their maker or supplier for "selling goods which are not of the
quality demanded" (or whatever that is in USA legalese)?
