The problem is not that markings were unavailable, or even that the tanks wern't marked. The problem was the "standard" that they were marked to. No one agrees on a single standard, (as demonstrated by the various marking conventions mentioned here), and the captain had air in marked tanks. I see three problems. One is education regarding responsibility, two is the "standard" for marking tanks, (although I admit that I'll probably refuse to honor any "standard") and three is the trogs who don't let marked tanks on their boats, or won't fill marked tanks with air. --------- "huh?" -Jammer, 1992 ---------
