I totally agree , there exists fins for every kind of activity.
There is nouch thing as a ideal fin for eveything or everybody.
For me personally Force Fin's excell in :
- towing buddies (you have "easy" power for a hard job , you don't kick him and
in shallow water you don't touch the bottom)
- physical training in the pool swimming freestyle !
you go faster because your kick cycle is shorter
(but you still burn calories!)
The latter in my opinion just countradicts your saying that Force Fins is
for lazy guys !
For me Force Fin's are NOT designed for power as their name wrongly
suggests but are designed for COMFORT and I think for us divers that is
a very important issue.
If you want power get those long FINS .. but do NOT FORCE yourself :-)
You have the power (or not ;-) NOT THE FINS ...
So The challenge .. why bother ... it is just a question of who is
physically at its best ... isn't it ???
