I don't know his name - wish I did. I just meant that I've seen him around several times doing this kind of crap. Older guy with brownish grey hair and a moustache - not really overweight. Someone with me at the time mentioned a name and said that the guy was NACD. I'll see if I can track down a name, but he's probably one of the 'usual suspects' anyway, so it shouldn't really matter.
