Subject: Re: AUL canister light / light cord
a person will not get a set of standard doubles with a manifold in some
of the places Jeff dives. This, I can guarantee. personally, i draw
the line with that type of caving/diving combination as squirming
through miles (in *and* out) of tight, muddy/rocky, bullshit dragging
lights, drinking water, 150'+ of rope, carabiners, boots, first aid
stuff, food (at times), etc., to just get to a muddy looking sump is not
appealing to me. oh shit, that doesn't even include the diving gear.
lights, drysuit, fins, masks, reels, bc's, and "a standard set of
doubles with manifold".....yeah, right.
