Ok.. am I the only person that's going to mention a GUIDE LINE? Somehow this got into a convoluted discussion of lights, the universe, & everything . In a white out, you'd better be on the line..So, that in mind, is it better to keep your eyes open or closed? I dunno, I heard somewhere closing the eyes is supposed to help if you're prone to nausea or loss of equilibrium during a sensory deprivation. Me, I keep 'em open, in case there's a break in the vis. Psychologically, that reassures me more than not knowing, but maybe that's just me.
