Joel, Sounds to me like this organization needs a strong leader (dictator) to pull it all together, often the most successful organizations are run along these lines and people do what they are told or leave. I seem to recall an organization name after a Karst plain in Florida is doing OK along these lines of management. Joel the best answer to your problem is to put it all down here in writing as to who was on the board and show in detail the efforts you made to get things done, name names and develop a clear picture so the members will have an understanding of who not to vote for.
