I must say that my cave instructor was teaching a mediocre course;
although he did very well at the Cavern level.  After finishing the cave
classes I just dove and learned better from some other good cave divers.
That card is just an opportunity to learn and anyone who does not pursue
knowledge and skill is fooling themselves if they do not keep learning.
Not having personally been with but a few instructors my vote for the best
would not abe meaningful.
