Rich, Clearly, someone with even the hint of heart disease has to do some serious reflection as does anyone diving with him/her. I would have to have a lot more evidence that anyone undergoing heart-repair procedures would be viable candidates as cave diving buddies, much less cave diving instructors. Later, JoeL
