Hello, I have been informed that the "traffic light" rock at JB has been broken. This rock sits before the trash pile, has the remnants of a traffic light on it, and serves has an intersection point for multiple lines. I have a picture of the damage. I have also learned that they clay bank in Cow has been damaged. I am disgusted by these actions. There is no justifiable reason for any of this damage to have occurred. There is no reason that someone should have impacted that rock hard enough to break it, and certainly no reason to plow into the clay bank in Cow. This damage will never be repaired, it is ruined for those that never were able to appreciate its beauty. I am sure that the divers that were to see these natural sites in the future thank you for you kindness to mother nature and to your forethought to your fellow man. I personally hope that you will hang your head in shame and quit cave diving. Your lack of ability is a disgrace to this sport and to those that take their time to earn the "right" to be there. There are too many "one week wonders" in cave diving, and far too many people that are going too far too fast. The cave pays for this in most cases, in others, friends have paid with their lives. This is a serious activity and needs to be treated as such. It takes time to become proficient. Just because you earned Full Cave in one week and Trimix the next (scootering the week after seems appropriate) does not mean that you are, by any means, ready to dive. You need to learn to respect the caves, or you need to stay out. With utmost disgust in you as a person, Scott Hunsucker
