hey guys give it up...most if not all of the board members could care less 
about anybodys safety....they only want the title....if anyone of them cared 
they would start revolking training cards....but they don't...they only come 
up with excuses why they can't or should'nt......it's just like 
politics....we vote them in....and nobody wants to get together to 
oust...these people.....just today i heard someone say they will continue to 
solo because of the article in the journal....it seem the nacd must support 
this idea....they printed it.....

safe diving, and bring a buddy or stay home
