Thanks George, I'll take it from here... What George said: > Frankie, did you write the following slobbering stupidity, or did I > imagine it? This is the kind of crap that only the worst bottom feeding > moron would say. Explain this to us, and tell me why anyone should > listen to a blithering idiot like you about anything to do with diving. > Frank, take your stuipid ass off of these lists and keep your ignorant > dangerous mouth shut . I am really sick of dumb asses like you in > diving. There is no reason to even be remotely polite about it. What George meant: "Mr. Lavallee, Before we enter a debate on this subject I would like to confirm that this is, in fact, your stated position (please see attachments below). I really have my doubts that anyone in the upper end of the food chain could believe this- let alone author it. Perhaps I'm missing something here and it's just a simple misunderstanding. I usually get my information from highly respectable sources or personal experience but I'm willing to concede that even those poor, unfortunate, intellectually challenged divers just might have a valid point to make (even as astronomically remote as that may be). On the other hand, I am a busy man and this list is a forum for enlightened and intelligent communication among the more cerebral divers of the world. Other lists are available that may be more receptive to your, Hmmm.... shall we say, "aberrant" view. Another equally acceptable option is to take up a new hobby like golf where the prospect of assuming room temperature is more related to ambient electrical storms than ones ability to understand some (relatively) esoteric physiological concepts. I apologize if this is not what you wanted to hear from me but I believe in being honest without regard to how this may make you feel. I'm sure you can find other endeavours such as running speed traps to bolster your self esteem." > > Message Display > > From: "Frank Lavallee" <lavalle7@gt*.ne*> > Subject: Deep Air Diving > Date: Sat, 4 Oct 1997 15:27:19 -0700 > > One person on the cavers post made an interesting comment.
