When I read the original post of the long, confusing, convoluted tank marking 'standards', it brought back a vision of a patient's IV with 5 yards of tape on the arm to hold it in place. A tank with twenty stickers looks the same. I could not help but remember an old saying in the medical world: The quality of an IV ( intravenous line ) is indirectly proportional to the amount of tape it takes to make it run. Art
