Subject: AL tanks, O2, and saltwater

A friend of Dick Boyd called last night trying to find out about a DOT
warning regarding aluminum tanks used for O2 in saltwater. Had something to
do with whatever is the result of aluminum reacting with salt producing a
substance that was quite combustible. Any help would be appreciated.
