re:  He slipping thru valves...much like He balloons..

should clarify that if the valves are seated properly they will not leak,

a heated discussion in the ranks of IANTD...  in our experience the He

will remain in the tank if there are no "leaks".  It was thought for some

time that the He was actually passing thru the o-rings... doesn't seem to

be so.
