Cert cards Temp. Yes IANTD gives temporary cards. Like most training agencies the instructor purchases the cards and gives them to his students. Many instructors do not issue temp cards for whatever reason. Once permanent cards are issued they are sent to the certifying instructor who gives them to the student. In the USA cards are processed within two days of arrival at HQ and sent to the instructor.
