Subject: IANTD(UK) - no way!

Anybody else had problems with this bunch of cowboys?

Passed advanced nitrox 8 weeks ago, received a note telling me I had 
passed which included a QC questionaire about the training, but still 
not received my card to allow me to get fills.

Tried phoning the number on the questionaire (the office?) but just 
get an answering machine saying nobody will be in till the 21st!

I find this most unsatisfactory, having my gear in O2 service and not 
able to go any where with it. 

Is this typical of IANTD? Are the other organisations any better ( eg 
TDI and ANDI)? Is it possible to complain to a higher IANTD office?

Lots of questions, but making me feel better having a good moan about 
it.
