Izu Kaio Koen looks small if you visit Osesaki across the peninsular. Osesaki has a beach with upwards of 20 dive operations you cannot see the beach for neoprene in season and the beach is about 300yds long. Tanks are stacked shoulder high, each shop controls the beach in front of it. When I first started diving there about 7 years ago you could rent Duckman Pro (heliox) P.A.D.I.
