If the tiredness was due only to physical exertion, then why is it I feel 
wasted after a 10-minute drift dive (no exertion) to 100 feet on air, but 
I feel great all day long after a 2.5-hr swim dive on nitrox to the same 
depth?  This is a pattern that is repeated over and over for me.
