(Super) Dave,

My advice to you and all relativly new divers is to SLOW DOWN!  Take your
time and learn as much as you can by diving with experienced divers.  Please
keep in mind that many (not all) of the divers on this list have 15, 20,
25 or more years of diving experience behind them and most of us are
still learning to dive.  You will never hear most of us claim to know it
all.  

Last but not least (as I've told many students).
These lakes and oceans have been here thousands of years before you where
born.  They'll be here thousands of years after you are dead and gone. So,
what's your hurry?????!!!!!
