In my shutdown message for the list I never said that Dive Rite had anything directly to do with my decision to shut the cavers list down. In my followup message I once again stated Dive Rite had nothing to do with this action. I am sending this message out for the third time because before I left work today I got a call from someone saying Lamar was wondering why I said that I took the list down because of him. I didn't have much time to explain to this person on the phone as I had to fill my tanks and get one set of doubles VIP'd (I just picked up another set of 104's and wanted them looked at). As it is, after hanging up the phone with her, I went home, picked up my doubles, drove to the dive shop, and just now (4 hours later) am able to write this message. Leave Lamar alone regarding the shut down of the cavers list. If you wish to bug the guys at Dive Rite, do it about the implosion at Eagles Nest or their reels or something else. But otherwise, just leave the poor guy alone. I imagine he's probably a busy person (what, with having to get a light redesigned and what not) and doesn't have time for this. People, get a life, go diving, whatever. Ken
