Hi,

Do you have the "ALADIN PRO MANUAL" from UWATEC? This is the best explanation
of mathematical model used by Uwatec (it means Buhlmann model).

You can ask a copy directly from UWATEC AG. 5705, Hallwil, Engenbuhl 130. -
Switzerland.
FAX: -41-64-54-2280

If you have any problem contact with me directly and I will try to help you.

For quite some time I have been researching Buhlmanns philosophies,
models, and experimental trials (which inadvertently required me to learn
some German). I am currently seeking any information concerning the new LH-L8
ADT self adapting model that Buhlmann was co-developing with UWATEC prior to
his untimely passing (a great loss to us all). Currently, I have not found
any substantial information published on the model and certain companies are
starting to implement it. One company in particular that produces self
adapting desktop decompression software made the statement at the last TDI
conference in Pompano Beach, and I quote, that they "discovered the self
adapting model the same time Buhlmann did" (sure they did . . .). Standard
Buhlmann algorithms are based on trial studies and not guesses. For this
reason, and the apparent lack of published technical information, I am very
skeptical of the safely of some of the LH-L8 ADT models and its so called
equals. If anyone has ANY INFORMATION concerning this model (from the
mathematical model to experimental trials conducted on the model) please
e-mail at the address listed below. I am well versed in the dynamics of
decompression theory, so do not hesitate to send technical information or
references to publications that may be more than the average diver can
assimilate. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I will gladly share
my findings with the rest you. Thanks Again . .
