I read that it was, hece the "Lunar" in the name. I also know that Bill 
Stone desperately needed a redundant rebreather for Huatla as the 
logistics for open circuit diving in that system were turning 
nightmarish. Now the thing I don't know, and possibly someone else does, 
is whether the Lunar part was primary or ancilliary with respect to funds 
procurement grant award kind of things.
