I think that it could become a real item to have. No rust, rugged, plus you don't have to deal with OMS. I'll let the list know what I find out when I'm up in Vancouver this weekend. + Up in Vancouver diving this weekend, I found out yes there is a guy making the backplates. He's not ready to go big time yet. However, I'm looking to having my backplate coated. Shop I get fills and instruction from up there knows about it. Diver's World on Burrad and 4th.
