As far as I know, Billy Deans at Key West Diver has been teaching trimix longer than anyone, and has one of the best reputations. I did tech nitrox with him and found this reputation is fully justified. He has top notch equipment, staff, and services, and dive sites like the Wilkes-Barre a short ride away (no eight hour boat rides to the Coimbra). He is also VERY expensive, but if you can swing a week in Key West plus another $2K or so for training, you'll have one of the best weeks of your life. I did trimix locally (Boston) with Randy Bohrer. Randy is extremely strong on theory, and crafty with gear, but runs his operation out of his house and is thus dependant on local weather, captains, etc. - good if you are local, but it might take a while to complete the course. If you are cave diver I have heard good things from friends who did mix with Steve Berman and with Tom Mount. John
