Subject: Looking for part for Miniox O2 sensor

I'm looking for the plastic "sleeve" that goes around the flow holes 
on a miniox O2 sensor. This is the plastic sleeve that connects to 
the rubber tubing which goes to your flow regulator.

If you know where I can find one, please let me know. Local dive 
shops say, "They come with the miniox kit and we're not sure if we 
can just order a replacement part".
