Subject: Stolen Gear

While reading the post from George regarding the stolen WKPP gear 
something struck me regarding the type of criminal charges that could be 
brought against an individual(s) stealing gear utilized for deco.

Besides the obvious (theft), could a case be made for more serious 
charges, i.e. attempted murder, or some other charge pertaining to 
knowlingly putting an individual(s) life in danger?

I do not know the circumstances of this particular incident, and am only 
wondering aloud about a general scenerio, i.e. you need more gas but 
it ain't there when you get there. Knowing WKPP, they probably have 
already planned for this kind of butthole activity.

George, why don't you post a description of the gear taken. Maybe they 
are dumber than we think and have not painted it all hot pink yet.
