I remember reading somewhere that it was Australian researchers or maybe the Australian Navy that has some protocols or tables for IRW. Of course, only recommended as a last resort, when no chamber is available, etc. etc. etc. Sure beats waiting to go numb topside with everyone standing around watching a DAN O2 pack being opened up for the first time.
