Don't bother.

The platinum-ceramic diffusion O2 sensors for automotive use are a totally
different technology, and 1) require high temperature, and 2) are only good
for indicating presence or absence of O2 -- the sensor has an extremely
sharp slope from full negative to full positive (so much so that it is not
useful in between).
