Well I will address the first question.  I personally like the DSI EXO-26
and second choice is the AGA.  I qualify that by saying that I have never
dove the Drager.  I also suspect that support for the EXO is less available
in europe than either the AGA or Drager.  The EXO-26 by design has a heavy
external frame that lends itself well if you wanted to attach lights or a
camera to the mask.  Both AGA and EXO work well with underwater communications.
