In Belgium they are available from most dive shops in either Dutch or French version. They are called NELOS or BEFOS or FEBRAS '94 tables, but are in fact 99.9% copied from the U.S. NAVY DIVING MANUAL revision 3 (15.02.1993). The difference between the local version and the real USN '93 tables is that most of the exceptional exposure tables have been removed to keep the size of the slates reasonable. The difference between the USN '93 and the USN '70 tables is that some non-deco times are shortened , some decompressions have become more conservative and the rules in case of exceptions (e.g. missing the deco stops) have changed.
