I have had this happen to my SCUBAPRO MK10 first stage (yoke) with no ill effects other than sheering off the hose with my primary on. Presumably the thread on the hose took the full force of the impact (sheering off where it screws into the first stage). It happened overnight during rough weather so I didn't see how the tank fell.
